Business Development Manager

Sudarshan Cars, a leading chauffeur-driven car rental company operating across 120+ cities in India, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive corporate and retail growth from our Mumbai head office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B and B2C leads for chauffeur-driven car rental services
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel desks and event partners
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and consistently meet monthly revenue targets
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client retention

Requirements

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in travel, mobility or hospitality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable building a client network
