    Absolutely! We offer flexible rental options to suit your needs. You can book for short trips: half-day or full-day rentals, and even long-term packages for extended travel needs.

    We do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. For the best chance of securing your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but feel free to contact us anytime for immediate needs.

  • 4. What if I have a special request, such as child seats or extra luggage space?

    We’re happy to accommodate special requests. Child seats, extra luggage space, and other amenities can be arranged upon request. Please inform us during booking so we can make the necessary preparations.

    Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll share your chauffeur’s contact details. You can call or message them directly to coordinate pickup, if needed, or simply call our helpline to get instant updates.

  • 6. Can I rent a car with a chauffeur for intercity travel?

    Yes, we offer intercity chauffeur-driven rentals. Let us know your destination, and we’ll arrange the perfect vehicle with a chauffeur familiar with long-distance routes for a safe and comfortable journey.

     

  • 7. How will I be billed for tolls and parking?

    Tolls and parking fees may be included in your package, or they may be charged separately depending on the booking terms. We’ll provide a detailed invoice so you can see exactly what’s included.

    If you've previously had a great experience with one of our chauffeurs, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, specific chauffeur requests are subject to availability.

    You can cancel or reschedule based on our cancellation policy. Generally, if you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you may incur a cancellation fee. Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible for any changes.

    Tipping is at your discretion and is always appreciated for excellent service, but it is not mandatory. We prioritise providing a high-quality experience for every customer.

  • 12. What if I need to make additional stops during my journey?

    No problem! Our chauffeur service is flexible, and we can accommodate additional stops. If these are within the booked hours or distance, there may be no extra charges. For unplanned additional stops or extended distances, additional fees may apply.

  • 13. Is Wi-Fi available in the vehicles?

    We do not offer wifi facilities in any vehicles.
