Car Rental Operations Manager

Sudarshan Cars, a chauffeur-driven car rental company operating across 120+ cities in India, is hiring a Car Rental Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day fleet and chauffeur operations from our Mumbai head office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily vehicle dispatch, driver duty rosters and trip scheduling
• Ensure on-time, high-quality service for local, outstation and corporate bookings
• Monitor fleet maintenance, fuel, documentation and regulatory compliance
• Handle escalations and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3–6 years in car rental, cab aggregator, logistics or transport operations
• Strong coordination, team-management and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with fleet/booking software and basic MIS reporting
